BlockBeats News, September 3rd, Artificial intelligence company Anthropic announced that it has recently completed a $13 billion financing round, with a valuation soaring to $183 billion. This far-exceeding- expectations financing has made it one of the world's highest-valued startups. The round was led by Iconiq Capital, with participation from Fidelity Management and Research Company, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Singapore's GIC, Insight Partners, and the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA).

According to previous reports, Anthropic's initial target was to raise $5 billion, which was later raised to $10 billion, and finally reached $13 billion. In a statement on Tuesday, Anthropic said that this investment "validates Anthropic's unprecedented growth rate, solidifying our position as the preferred intelligent platform for enterprises, developers, and high-end users."
