Verb Technology Reveals Holdings of $7.13 Billion in TON and $67 Million in Cash

BlockBeats News, August 21, Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERB, to be renamed Ton Strategy Company) today announced that the company's treasury assets have exceeded $780 million, including $713 million in Toncoin (TON) and $67 million in cash.
Previously, Verb Technology completed a $558 million private placement on August 8, with participation from over 110 institutional and crypto-native investors. The company will use most of the funds raised in the private placement to purchase TON as its primary treasury reserve asset. The goal is to accumulate over 5% of TON's circulating supply.
