Parataxis Holdings is planning to acquire Sinsiway and transform it into an Ethereum Treasury Company

BlockBeats News, December 3rd, according to CoinDesk's report, New York-based digital asset investment firm Parataxis Holdings has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in South Korean data security company Sinsiway for 40 billion Korean Won (about $27.3 million) and transform it into an Ethereum treasury company. If approved by Sinsiway's shareholders in January 2026, the company will be renamed Parataxis ETH, Inc., retain its securities exchange listing, and become an Ethereum treasury company in the Korean market backed by U.S. institutional capital. Parataxis Holdings founder and CEO Edward Chin is expected to join the board of directors.
