Allies of UK Reform Party Leader Establish Companies and Political Interests in Montenegro

Several key allies of UK Reform Party leader Nigel Farage have established significant companies and political interests in Montenegro. These allies include Christopher Harborne, a major investor in Tether who gifted Farage £5 million, Reform Party board member Gawain Towler, former party finance officer Mehrtash A'zami, and assistant George Cottrell, who has previously served time for fraud. The current Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, is an active proponent of the crypto industry and has expressed hopes that crypto mining and trading could account for nearly one-third of Montenegro's GDP; he was also an early investor in the now-collapsed Terraform Labs. Cottrell's political consulting firm, Geostrategy, has an office in Montenegro and has been accused of supporting Spajić's campaign, which his lawyer denies. The Reform Party advocates for regulatory reforms to make the UK a crypto hub, with Harborne being the party's largest donor.
