How to Export P2P Order History

As a WEEX P2P merchant, you can export your historical order records from the Merchant Portal for bookkeeping and long-term records.

 

How to export your P2P order history

  1. Log in to your WEEX account on the web.
  2. Go to the Merchant Portal.
  3. Select Orders from the left navigation menu.
  4. Open the History tab.
  5. Use the filters to select your preferred:
    1. Cryptocurrency
    2. Order side (Buy/Sell)
    3. Order status
    4. Time range
  6. Select Export in the upper-right corner, then confirm to export.
  7. Your order history will be exported and downloaded.

FAQ

 

  1. Can I export only specific orders?

Yes. Before exporting, you can filter your order history by cryptocurrency, order side, order status, and time range. The exported file will only include records that match your selected filters.
 

  1. Can I export pending orders?

No. The export function is currently available only under the History tab and only supports completed orders.
 

  1. Can I export my P2P order history on the WEEX app?

Not at the moment. The export feature is currently available only on the web version.
Support for exporting order history on the WEEX app is planned for a future release—stay tuned for updates.
 

  1. Are there any limits on exporting my order history?

Yes. To ensure system stability, the following limits currently apply:
  • Each merchant can export their order history up to 30 times per calendar month.
  • Each export supports a maximum time range of 120 days.
If you need records covering a longer period, you can export them in multiple batches by selecting different time ranges.
 

  1. What should I do if the export fails?

If the export does not complete successfully:
  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Narrow the selected time range if exporting a large number of records.
