Dear WEEX Users,

At the request of the Utrust (UTK) project team, WEEX will support the brand upgrade and token swap of UTK, assisting users in swapping UTK to xMoney (XMN). The specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Delisting and Swap Arrangements

• Trading Suspension Time: April 14, 2026, 18:00 (GMT+8) 

• Deposit Suspension Time: April 14, 2026, 18:00 (GMT+8) 

• Swap Execution Time: TBD 

• XMN Listing Time: TBD

• Swap Ratio: 1 UTK = 3 XMN

User Action: No action is required. WEEX will assist in completing the token swap and asset mapping. After the swap is completed, UTK in user accounts will be automatically converted to XMN, with holdings increased at a 1:3 ratio.

II. Impact Statement

During the delisting and swap period, the trading, deposit, and withdrawal functions of UTK will be permanently suspended;

Users holding UTK must complete trades or hold for the automatic swap before trading is suspended. After the deadline, UTK trading will no longer be available;

WEEX does not support UTK withdrawals, please be informed;

After the swap is completed, all user holdings will be automatically updated to XMN tokens, mapped at a 1:3 ratio, with total asset value unaffected.

III. Token Information

• Old Token: Utrust (UTK) 

• New Token: xMoney (XMN) 

• Swap Ratio: 1 UTK = 3 XMN

After XMN is listed, market prices may experience significant volatility. Please assess risks rationally and trade with caution;

During the token swap period, the suspension of relevant functions may cause inconvenience. Your understanding is appreciated;
